…..you MUST complete the official paperwork and HAND IT INTO THE RELEVANT TEACHER AT SCHOOL.
Where do you get the forms?
- From the Careers Office (work experience coordinator) – If your Work Experience Coordinator has the ‘WorkExpo‘ database, they can print a form with most details already entered. OR
- Download blank forms below:
Work Experience Students
- Work_Experience_Arrangement_Form_2011 - save paper print double sided.
- Work_Experience_Guidelines_for_Employers_2011 – save paper print double sided – give these to the employer
VET & Industry & Enterprise Students:
- 2011 SWPL Form - save paper print double sided.
- 2011 SWPL Employer Guidelines - save paper print double sided – give these to the employer
